Mike Patka

As Owning Partner of Grogg-Martin Auctioneers & Realty, Mike is a longtime active business owner in the LaGrange Community, a licensed Auctioneer and a Real Estate Broker for the past 20 years. Helping clients achieve their dreams and alleviating the stresses of buying and selling is what Mike loves best.
A firm believer in community involvement, Mike serves as President of the LaGrange Farm Bureau, Inc., Chairman of the Rainbow Years Learning Ministry, and is a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends, bonfires, mowing, working on and collecting vehicles, and attending auctions.

Ken Martin
Co-Owner
Ken was born and raised Ohio, moved to Indiana when he was only one. His dad, Dallas Martin, was an auctioneer at the Topeka Livestock Auction. Ken grew up with it, working alongside his dad at the auction barn until he was 16. He also helped with real estate and personal property auctions. After working in the construction business, he started an equipment rental company, Topeka Rental Center. When Dallas retired, he and Mike bought out his dad’s auction business and now they run it as a team. Ken is married to Tina and they have two children, Audrey and Derrick.
