Grogg-Martin Auctioneers & Realty is a full-service Auction and Real Estate Brokerage company serving northern Indiana and Michigan.
From the time his father, Junior Martin, owned the Topeka Livestock Auction and continuing through his management, Dallas Martin held many different auctions from weekly cattle, specialty horse & carriage auctions, to large farm equipment and household sales all throughout the greater northeastern Indiana region. Ready to slow down and enjoy retirement, Dallas gladly “passed the gavel” to its current owners, Mike Patka, and his son, Kenny Martin.
